A very attractive room rate (Deluxe Room single or double occupancy, inclusive of buffet breakfast at the Masi Restaurant, WiFi, and access to the on-property gym and pool) has been negotiated at the Summit venue – the iconic JW Marriott Panama – for the nights of 14-16 October 2026.

Delegates arriving early or wanting to stay a little longer will be pleased to know this rate also applies for the two (2) nights pre- and post-Summit, subject to hotel availability.

Citizens from most countries, including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, the EU, Japan and Singapore can enter Panama visa-free but must have a passport that meets the validity requirements for Panama, proof of economic solvency (cash or credit card statement indicating at least US $500), a return/onward ticket (note: this is a strict requirement), and your vaccination record (recommended).

If you are not from a visa-exempt country (see the full list here), you may need a ‘stamped’ or ‘authorized’ visa from a Panamanian Consulate.

Absolutely! We expect all delegates and accompanying persons, exhibitors and sponsors, venue and event staff to abide by our Code of Conduct at all Summit sessions and social events, including at related venues, to ensure everyone enjoys a harassment-free experience.

Spouses or partners of delegates are very welcome to attend the Welcome Reception, Gala Summit & Global Awards Dinner and the Farewell Panama event. Each of these social occasions is ticketed separately and tickets can be purchased here.

Alternatively, full Registration entitles the holder to all Summit sessions and the on-site social events - Reception and Dinner.

Credit card/debit card – the Summit Registration payment platform, operated by Zeffy, accepts payment by major credit cards (eg Visa, MasterCard, Amex) as well as CVV debit cards for payments up to US $4,999.

ACH (Automated Clearing House) – for payments between US $5,000 and US $9,999 you have the option of ACH (electronic funds transfer bank-to-bank) but you must have a US bank account.

If you choose the ACH payment method, you won't immediately see a field to enter your information as you work through the registration payment process. You will need to click on "proceed to payment" at the bottom of the relevant page, and then you will be asked to enter your banking information.

ACH payments will not be accepted after Tuesday 29 September 2026.

Invoice – if your organization requires a formal invoice to enable a Wire Transfer (EFT) for Registration payment, please submit your request in writing to the CSI Summit Organizing Team at connect@crimestoppersinternational.org

• A US $65 administrative fee applies per Invoice produced.
• Invoices will stipulate payment in USD with payment due within 14 days of the date of issue.
• CSI reserves the right to cancel Registrations if payment is not received by the due date.
• Payment must be made in full to receive access to the Summit.
• Invoicing to enable a Wire Transfer (EFT) payment is subject to Registration availability and will not be available after close of business (5pm Panama time) on Tuesday 22 September 2026, to ensure full payment is received and cleared prior to the event.
• CSI reserves the right to not issue an Invoice.

Daytime temperatures remain warm, usually hovering between 75°F and 85°F (24°C to 29°C). Humidity is high, being the rainy season, so it’s not uncommon to experience sunny mornings with fast-moving, heavy showers in the afternoon. Pack a light rain jacket if you plan to stay on and do some sightseeing.

The iconic 70-story JW Marriott hotel is a 5-star oceanfront property with stunning bay views situated in Punta Pacifica, renowned for its excellent service, quality dining/catering, diverse amenities, and close proximity to Punta Pacifica’s shopping and upscale neighborhoods.

Check-in is 3:00pm; Check-out is 12 noon

Typical travel time from Tocumen International Airport is 20-30 minutes by taxi and usually at a fixed rate – often around US $30 – but it is wise to confirm this with your driver.
